Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in November 2022 (per ASTM E1527-13 with consideration of E1527-21) revealed no RECs per ASTM standards. The potential for asbestos and/or lead-based paint was identified based on the structure's construction date (1953).
The BF applicant requested a renovation asbestos survey. The applicable QAPP was prepared and approved in January 2023. The work was scheduled, but the applicant cancelled the project the day of the work. As such, only the effort for the QAPP preparation is included in the funding for the supplemental work.
