Additional Property Attributes

The property previously served as an access point by Wellford to reach surface mining property beyond this parcel of land. There were limited underground mining activities on the property in the past, a previous restaurant, and a former residential trailer park. Currently the property is mainly wooded, the restaurant buildings have been demolished and only foundations remain. The trailer park is non-operational and there are no remaining trailers. The old sewage lagoon has been decommissioned and reclaimed according to WVDEP standards and is not anticipated to be a concern. There are potentially two encroachments on the property. One appears to be a potential auto scrap yard based on aerial photographs, while the other appears to be an extension of a commercial parking lot and possibly scrap or construction debris.
