Additional Property Attributes

Based on aerial photographs, the parcel appears to have been used as rural residential/agricultural since at least 1955. There is no confirmed contamination on the property. The property is approximately one-tenth of a mile from two listed Washington State Department of Ecology cleanup sites (Gary Brown Photography, CSID 3970; Excel Designs Inc, CSID 2518) that have suspected metals contamination in groundwater. The Phase I ESA conducted did not identify recognized environmental conditions at the property.
