Additional Property Attributes

The approximately 1.25-acre Subject Property consists of one parcel currently occupied by a log cabin structure with peaked roof owned by the Chippewa Cree Tribe. The structure has a single floor at ground level with no noted basement. And is approximately 3,200 square feet. The property formerly operated as the Head START V building (pre-school) but has been vacant for an extended period and has been heavily vandalized. A Phase II environmental site assessment was conducted in 2024 in which no contaminants of concern were detected.
