Additional Property Attributes

Based on the records searched, the subject property was residential from at least 1906 until 1960, used as a hotel parking lot 1963-2016, and has been vacant and grassed since 2018. No RECs were identified on the subject property. Two LUSTs were identified on the adjacent, up-gradient Miller Mart #54 (Kim's Club) and are considered a REC. TRC recommends removing and properly disposing of any impacted soil and groundwater encountered during site development. Vapor concerns should be evaluated after building construction plans are finalized. Adjoining or nearby properties identified the area as originally rural residential and agricultural that transitioned to a mix of commercial and light-industrial uses.
