Additional Property Attributes

Based on the records searched, the subject property was developed as a fire station 1963-2011. The property is currently vacant and covered in grass. A fill pipe and vent pipe for a UST were noted near the property boundary; the UST is currently in place and was associated with the former fire station. The UST was opened, and a petroleum odor was noted. Presence of the UST is considered a REC. No other RECs were identified. Potential hazardous constituents anticipated are VOCs, inorganics, SVOCs/PAHs and TPH. Adjoining or nearby properties were identified as originally rural residential and agricultural that transitioned to a mix of commercial and light-industrial uses.
