Additional Property Attributes

The 0.63-acre Site consists of one parcel of land identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as 32.5-14-2.2. The Site is currently utilized as a parking lot and storage area by the owner of the Site, Mr. Milford Wilson, Jr. The on-site auto servicing building was demolished in 2019 after a fire caused by a waste oil furnace had damaged the building. The Site has historically been occupied by Milford Wilson, Sousa Oil Company Inc., and John M. Vanarnam. The Site was previously utilized as an automotive servicing building, gasoline station, and a bottling plant. Site features include the former building concrete slab foundation, two protective canopies, a dumpster, an asphalt millings stockpile, several trucks, a backhoe, and an out-of-use generator.
