Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of three (3) parcels that totals approximately 79 acres. Parcel 1 is seven approximately (7) acres; Parcel 2 is approximately 17; Parcel 3 is approximately 54.92. Parcel 1 and is undeveloped and heavily wooded; Parcel 2 has a dilapidated house, two (2) sheds, a water well, a cellar and two (2) ponds; Parcel 3 developed with Old Hwy 62 that intersects through a the north area of the Parcel 3 and the remaining Parcel is undeveloped with areas of dense trees.



The structures on the Property are extremely dilapidated. The interior of the house has very little flooring remaining, construction debris and deteriorated building materials that include pieces of sheetrock, windows, plywood, insulation, metal, and miscellaneous debris. The roof of the house has been completed detached from the house and sets on the north side of the house and on the ground.

The structures on the Property will be demolished and the proposed use is to construct tribal facilities.

Thlopthlocco Tribal Town has owned the Property since January 2022. It was previously owned by DM Properties LLC. .
