Additional Property Attributes

According to the records review, the Subject Property was utilized as a meat store/butcher as early as 1888. As seen within the local street directories, the Subject Property was then utilized as a pastry shop (The Pastry Shoppe) from circa 1964 until approximately 1988. Additionally, a portion of the Subject Property was utilized as a beauty salon from circa 1964 until approximately 1969. Sometime after 1988, the Subject Property was listed as being a carpet retail location until circa 2000. The Subject Property was then utilized as beauty salon, circa 2010, until sometime prior to the current owner's acquisition of the Subject Property. The assessment has revealed no RECs, CRECs, or significant data gaps in connection with the Subject Property.
