Additional Property Attributes

This single-family lot, with construction from 1954, is a 0.58 acre space currently owned by 5333 White Settlement LLC. The lot is being purchased by the City of Fort Worth for park land expansion, and the single-family residence on the lot will be demolished. This Phase I assessment was performed for the Park and Recreation Department, and demonstrates on ongoing partnership between the Brownfields Program and the Park and Recreation Department to perform AAI due diligence on properties acquired for community improvement.
