Additional Property Attributes

The site was first developed as residential by the 1920's and remained residential until the 1940's, when several buildings and warehouses were constructed. Several building additions were made until one large industrial building was in place in the 1970's. The building was demolished by 2012 and the property has been vacant since. The former industrial building was occupied by various manufacturing, machining, and welding operations.
