Additional Property Attributes

PPM (www.ppmco.com) conducted the site reconnaissance on February 7, 2023. The subject property was developed prior to 1903 with a residence and remained developed for residential use until the existing office building was constructed in 1981. Since the construction of the existing building, the subject property has been used for office space. The subject property is currently developed with a vacant office building. This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs, CRECs, and/or SDGs in connection with the subject property.
