Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, which encompasses approximately 3.9 acres (two adjacent parcels), is a mostly flat, grassy area with no structures. Previously, the property had been occupied by a scrap metal recycling operation that included at least three buildings (used for office and warehouse space and crushing activities). This property was sold and will be constructed as an indoor rock climbing and fitness facility. The estimated redevelopment cost is approximately $3.5 million, which would leverage approximately 10 new jobs when completed.
