Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is nearly entirely occupied by a two-story brick building with a basement. The two-story building is constructed of brick exterior walls with a cinder block basement. The building occupies an area about 42 by 66 feet, encompassing approximately 2,772 square feet. The main entrance to the ground floor is on the north side, with an overhead door on the west side. A walkthrough door for a stairway that leads to the apartment on the second floor is at the southwest corner of the building. Sidewalks are along the north and west sides of the building, which abuts a vacant building to the east and a small paved parking lot to the south. The ground floor of the building is rented by a commercial printing company, and the upper floor has been developed as a residential apartment. Use of the property is intended to remain unchanged if sale of the building to the prospective purchaser occurs.
