Additional Property Attributes

The subject property encompasses 3.65 acres and contains two storage units and a one-story commercial building. The commercial building covers approximately 28,309 square feet (ft2) and is primarily used as a warehouse. In addition, a paved parking lot with rail spurs in north and south areas cover the remaining portions of the subject property. The City of Springfield has purchased the property and plans to repurpose the building for future use. The estimated redevelopment cost is approximately $400,000+.
