Additional Property Attributes

The property encompasses approximately 1.47 acres in downtown Springfield, Greene County, Missouri. The property is southeast of the S. South Avenue and East Pershing Street intersection. The site building is approximately 44,596 square feet (ft2) in size and includes a basement and eight floors. A phase I ESA and Phase II ESA, funded by the developer, were conducted in November and December 2016, respectively. Specifically, remedial activities were completed by private funding to address asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) at the property. The estimated redevelopment cost is approximately $19 million.
