Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, which encompasses approximately 0.77 acre, is occupied by a two-story rock building and attached single-story building at the northwest corner of the property. Both buildings are currently vacant. Until recently, the ground floor of the rock building was used by Penrod Heating and Air Conditioning (A/C) as a business office. The attached building was used by the business as a workshop and for storage of business-related supplies, tools, and equipment. The second floor of the rock building had been used by Penrod Heating and A/C for general storage. Most of the remaining property is a grassy area with a few trees. Habitat for Humanity intends to purchase the property to redevelop the current buildings for use as a Habitat for Humanity office and to construct eight low-income housing units. The project is currently on hold.
