The subject property encompasses 8.26 acres and includes a 44,618-square-foot (ft2) one-story building with no basement that is occupied by the Fieldhouse Sportscenter, a public athletic/sports facility that includes two gymnasiums that are primarily used for basketball and volleyball. Future plan for the subject property is to continue operation of athletic/sports facility. The estimated redevelopment cost is approximately $7 million, which would leverage 10 new jobs.
