Additional Property Attributes

The subject property encompasses 0.2952 acre and includes a brick building with stucco fa�e on the exterior; the east portion of the building is two stories, and the west portion is one story. An asphalt parking area is on the south and west sides of the property. The commercial building covers 5,740 square feet (ft2) and is currently vacant.
