Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, which encompasses 0.27 acre, is occupied by an asphalt parking lot and a single-story cinder block building that is currently vacant. The property was recently purchased by Mabins Properties and Real-Estate, LLC in December 2020. From the late 1950s to approximately 2017, the subject property was used for a restaurant. Before that, the property had been occupied by a residence, drugstore, and filling station. The estimated redevelopment cost is approximately $200,000. The project is in process. [2024-1-4 Update] Per the Phase II Report sampling indicated no ACM, no LBP, no PAHs in soils, one lead and arsenic detection in soil were below background, one petroleum in soil detection below actionable level, soil gas indoor samples few detects were below indoor air action levels, so no cleanup required.
