Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, which encompasses about 0.8 acre, is at 1605 E. Kearney Street. The subject property is occupied by a large concrete parking lot and a vacant single-story building. The site is currently vacant; it was most recently used as a Kum and Go service station and convenience store from 2004 until the business closed in April 2020. Before use by Kum & Go, the subject property was used by another service station and convenience store (Git-N-Go). The property is currently vacant and intended to be redeveloped as an automotive service station and convenience store. The estimated redevelopment cost is approximately $500,000.
