Additional Property Attributes

The subject property encompasses 5.0 acres and is located on the north side of W. Division Street and west of N. O'Hara Avenue. The subject property consists of a vacant grass lot and a stormwater drainage that runs north-south in the west-central portion. In the past, the site was occupied by residential dwellings. After the dwellings were demolished, the subject property was used to harvest hay. Future development plans are to build a residential village for disable homeless persons. The estimated redevelopment cost is approximately $350,000. 2023-12-29 EPA PO AML: Phase II sampling results indicated no contaminants that would pose a risk to future use and/or redevelopment of the site for residential and non-residential land use.
