Additional Property Attributes

The 2354 N. National Avenue property, which encompasses 0.4959 acre, currently contains a vacant, 2,400-square-foot (ft2), single-story, cinder block building, a sand play area behind the building, and an asphalt parking lot in front of the building. The 2354 N. National Avenue property was most recently used by ABC Beginnings, LLC (childcare center). Future plans will include combining this property with adjacent properties, including 1208 E.
