Property Highlights

Healthy Roots Institute LLC is the applicant/voluntary party. Sub-slab soil vapor sampling was completed as part of the work for the sale of the property, the grant funds will be used for supplemental investigation. The current owner is Vaya Pex LLC and the property sale is scheduled for this month I think. Chef Lachelle Cunningham plans to us the site for catering and food preparation.
