Additional Property Attributes

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) completed a Phase I Brownfields Targeted Assessment (BTA) at the property in Derby, Kansas. Based on the information collected during the Phase I report, "Recognized Environmental Conditions" were identified as significant potential for contamination due to the historic auto repair facility on site. Due to the identified REC, KDHE recommended a Phase II environmental assessment.

Business Environmental Risks (BERs) were found during a NESHAP Limited Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Survey. Based on the information collected during the survey, asbestos containing materials (ACMs) and LBP were identified.
