Additional Property Attributes

The Site is is in use as agricultural hay fields and pasture land and is located a mixed commercial, residential, and agricultural setting. The Site has historically been developed as agricultural land with no record of buildings constructed on the Site. The Site is part of the larger Gunnison Rising Planned Unit Development (PUD), which was undergoing utility installation and lot subdivision for future residential development during the Phase I. The planned use for the Site is redevelopment as deed-restricted workforce townhomes.
