Property Highlights

The Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) treated wastewater generated during the former Great Northern Paper Mill's operation as well as contaminated groundwater during the former liquor lagoon remediation (liquor lagoons were located on a different parcel). Wastewater was transferred from the WWTP Building to the clarifier, then to adjacent on-site aeration and settling lagoons, prior to being discharged to the nearby Millinocket Stream.
