Additional Property Attributes

The City owns multiple commercial and industrial tax lots totaling 15 acres adjacent to and including its current public works operations center. The property include machine shops, fueling stations, parking lots, equipment storage and aging office buildings. The City has acquired land to construct a new operations center elsewhere in the urban growth area, and plans to redevelop this property in alignment with the visions articulated through two in-depth planning processes, including uses that support affordable housing, family wage employment and small business development goals, as well as office and open space redevelopment.
