Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Subject Property consisted of approximately one-acre of land developed with a dwelling and a detached garage. An alley crossed the Subject Property from north to south. The remaining areas were grass-covered or bare soil.
This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property:
* The potential for contamination of the Subject Property from the spill of "petroleum" products.
* The potential for migration of contaminants associated with unknown or unreported releases from the nearby dry cleaner, filling station and garage onto the Subject Property.
The following vapor encroachment conditions (VECs) and/or emerging contaminant concerns were identified at the Subject Property:
* The potential for contamination of the Subject Property from the spill of "petroleum" products.
* The potential for migration of contaminants associated with unknown or unreported releases from the nearby dry cleaner, filling station and garage onto the Subject Property.
It is the EP's opinion that further investigation is warranted.
