Additional Property Attributes

The site is comprised of one parcel (Pima County Assessor's Parcel Number [APN] 119-01-0070), which covers approximately 10.10 acres. The site is developed with a dog-racing track (currently nonoperational) and associated structures. The reminder of the site is developed with asphalt-paved parking and access roads. The laboratory results of the soil samples submitted for analysis indicated the soil did not contain analytes at concentrations above established ADEQ SRLs or Minimum GPLs. Some building materials were found to contain asbestos in concentrations greater than 1% and lead-based paint. ACM: The RBM Survey identified drywall materials as a result of laboratory analysis as containing ?1% asbestos. LBP: A summary of XRF readings are provided below: - Twenty building materials coated with LBP were identified within Building A. - Five building materials coated with LBP were identified within Area H. - Terracon did not identify any lead-based paints during the XRF screening of Buildings D, E, F, and G. - Painted surfaces were identified throughout the site during the XRF screening with <1.0 milligrams per centimeter squared (mg/cm2).
