Additional Property Attributes

The leasing entity, 11E5, LLC, is currently requesting a Section 8 HUD Loan for the property of $830,168 from the City. The City and HUD require a Phase I ESA to document that there is no open exposure being created through the redevelopment.
The property is going to be redeveloped as an unbranded event space which will employ 10 people. The redevelopment plans include providing bathrooms, a catering kitchen, event lighting, audio and visual equipment and air conditioning. The space is adjacent to a small hotel that is going to partner with the event space. The Section 8 HUD funds ($830,168) will be used for the redevelopment as well as some equity ($1,245,252).
