Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that a portion of the current building was constructed in 1976/1977 on previously vacant land with a western addition in 1986. A gravel parking lot was present east of the building from construction until being asphalt paved between 1983 and 1987. The property was occupied by various bars, restaurants, and sports venues with various exterior recreational areas from construction until being converted into a children's learning and activity center in 2014/2015. The center closed in 2020 and the property has been unoccupied since that time.

Based on a review of historical aerial photographs and a 2017 Geotechnical Report, low-lying areas within the northwestern, central, and eastern portions were filled and graded between 1963 and 1976.

The Developer plans to demolish the existing building and construct a new commercial building that will serve as either a Quick Pass Premium Car Wash, Oil change or Fast Food Restaurant, and Medical Office or Daycare Center.
