Additional Property Attributes

This property is owned by Project Transitions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides valuable services in our community by providing affordable housing for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and former RLF subgrant recipient. Residents were moved out of the apartments, and the property is currently vacant, shuttered, locked and in poor condition. The last day the building was occupied was 12/9/2022. Project Transitions plans to demolish the current building and build a new complex. The complex would provide affordable housing for seniors living with HIV/AIDS. The owner is considering whether they can best serve their residents by redeveloping this property or selling it and using the proceeds to purchase another property for the planned affordable senior complex.
