Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was historically operated for multiple commercial purposes from approximately 1964 to 1990-1994. From 1964 to 1988 the Subject Property was owned by C. Nelson Wissick, Inc. and operated as an auto body shop, pressure washing service, and carpet sales showroom. From 1988 to approximately 1994, the Subject Property was operated as an automobile dealership and service garage, owned by Cooper Properties. According to previous environmental investigations, specific operations historically conducted on the Subject Property reportedly included welding, sandblasting, painting, and other autobody repair operations. One room within the Subject Property building was used at that time as a paint booth. The Subject Property was vacant from approximately 1994 until approximately 2011 and has been operated by Function Better Physical Therapy since that time.
