Additional Property Attributes

The Site was initially developed for use as a residence prior to 1893, a restaurant and office (1902), an undertaker and office (1909), a paint store and storage area (1927), Cowles Cleaners (1955 and 1974), Metal Coat Plating (1974 through 1980), and Tubular Engineering (1980 through 1995). The building was damaged by fire in 1995 and was demolished in 1996. Most of the 0.3-acre Site is currently being utilized as a public parking lot in the Town of Summitville who intends to construct a new Town Hall building on the Site.
