Additional Property Attributes

The 0.38 acre Site consists of one parcel of land identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as parcel 134.18-34-9. The Site is improved by 1 one-story brick church building with a finished basement, totaling 27,428 gross square feet, which was constructed in 1900. According to Sanborn maps, the Site was historically operated as a church since at least 1902. On aerial maps, the Site building appears to be abandoned. The Site is currently privately owned by Hermerode Lorzeme and the current use is unknown.

An initial search of DEC Info Locator, PBS/CBS, and Spills databases identified the Site in the PBS database. The Site has an active PBS registration (5-600443) for two USTs and two ASTs. Contents are not listed. Eight USTs and ASTs are formerly located on-site and are listed as closed/removed. Due to the age of the building (1900) asbestos containing material could be an environmental concern. A phase I site assessment is required to confirm past use and possible causes of environmental issues.
