Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in April -May 2023 revealed a recognized environmental condition in relation to an adjacent retail gas station due to the potential for migrating impacts (if any).
A Phase II ESA completed in July 2023 revealed no soil impacts (based on OVA screening) and no groundwater impacts (based on laboratory analysis) above State cleanup target levels. Based on the results of the Phase II ESA, no additional assessment was recommended to address the adjacent gas station at that time.
