Additional Property Attributes

The Property is located at 101 Bucket of Blood Street, Holbrook, Arizona 856025 and consists of an approximately 0.39-acre parcel of land listed as Apache County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 109-19-279. The Property consists of an abandoned one-story building in poor condition that was built in circa 1900 and a total of 7,227sf. The building consists of sandstone block construction with corrugated tin roof. The roof was in poor condition and collapsed in the southern portion of the building. The western portion of the building was boarded up and not accessible but reportedly had the same interior finishes as the eastern accessible portion. The floor and ceilings were 100% wood. The interior walls were 100% adobe and covered with stucco. RECOMMENDATIONS: Stantec recommends the results of this report be incorporated into any renovation/demolition plan for the Property. Asbestos-Containing Materials: There were no ACMs identified associated with the Property. If during the course of a renovation/demolition project suspect ACMs are discovered that are not included within this report, those materials are to be assumed positive for asbestos unless additional sampling, analysis and/or assessment indicates otherwise. Lead-Based Paint: Based on the findings of this survey, one paint sample contain concentrations of lead above the laboratory reporting limit but less than 1.0 mg/cm2 or 0.5% by weight, which is the definition of LBP. This concentration would require compliance with applicable portions of OSHA 29CFR 1926.62 (Lead - Safety and Health Regulations for Construction). It is recommended that the lead-containing paint be stabilized prior to renovation, refurbishing, or demolition activities. The paint stabilization work should be performed by certified lead workers. Additionally, the work should be performed in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.62. It should be noted that this survey was not performed to a level that would satisfy the regulations promulgated under the HUD for residential housing or child occupied facilities. Other Hazardous Materials: There were no hazardous materials identified within the Property building.
