Additional Property Attributes

An old service station was once on the front of the property, so tanks and petroleum contamination may be present. The City of Malden wants to use the land to expand the Community Center. This would include a central location for their city services and create more space for Community Center events.

No known recognized environmental conditions (RECs) are located on the property itself, but potential impact to the site from the historical east adjoining filling station is considered a REC.
