Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is a multiunit commercial property with multiple vacant units. The occupied units consist of the following: Help at Home (home care services); The Stretch Clinic; Natchez Rehab & Sports Specialists, LLC; Angel's Nails; U.S. Post Office; and Gisele's Hair Salon. The multiunit commercial building on the subject property is approximately 100,000 square feet in size. The northern portion and the northeastern corner of the subject property are asphalt parking areas. The subject property appeared to be undeveloped until between the years 1965 and 1968. The subject property was first listed as occupied by a physician and Winn-Dixie grocery store. An interview with the current owner representative indicates the grocery store was formerly located in one of the units in the existing building on the property, which leads to the assumption the shopping center was the first development at the subject property. The subject property was listed as Trace Town Shopping Center in the next year of city directories (1973). Multiple tenants are listed historically at the subject property that consists of stores, restaurants, clinics, a dry cleaner, government buildings, offices, dance academies, gyms, floral shop, salons, and pharmacies.
