The Property is comprised of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of 100 E. Main, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104; Sewer, water, fiberoptic cable, and electric utilities are known to service the Property; The Property is described as Lots 10 through 15 of Block 29 of the Military Addition; The Property is comprised of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of a 110,192 square-foot building and is utilized as office space; The Property is flat with gentle slope to the south; The Property elevation is approximately 1,198 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property's geology consists of Permian-age sedimentary rocks; Soils at the Property are classified as "Urban Land"; Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property; According to historic sources, the Property was first developed as a lumber yard in the late 1800s or early 1900s, was utilized as Mideke Supply Company from 1919 until the late 1980s, and has been used for commercial or office/storage purposes from the late 1980s until the present.
