Additional Property Attributes

The Site comprises two parcels totaling approximately 0.32-acres and is accessed via Katsaras Drive to the east, which creates the eastern Site boundary, while Groveland Street is the northern Site boundary. The Site is improved with one approximately 4,300-square foot building containing four separate living units/residential apartments. An asphalt parking lot adjacent to the Site building to the east provides vehicle access to the Site. The remainder of the Site is grassy or other vegetated areas.

Since at least 1890, the Site was undeveloped and vacant. The Site was first developed in 1965 with the Site building which remains similar to present day. Over the years, the Site building was used for mainly residential purposes, while also serving as a meeting place for the International Candlepin Bowling Association. The Site and Site building currently are vacant.

No evidence of RECs was identified during the Site reconnaissance performed on May 4, 2023. Based on the age of the building and observed materials throughout the building, there is potential asbestos containing materials, lead paint and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) containing building materials to be present in/on the Site building.
