Additional Property Attributes

Historically, the property operated as a muffler shop and auto repair shop. Underground storage tanks for gasoline and hydraulic fluid have been removed. The property potentially became contaminated when it operated as a muffler shop and auto repair shop. The site is currently under a Consent Order from the WVDEP. The Consent Order is for failing to adequately assess a LUST event. Due to the Consent Order discovered during the Phase I ESA, no further assessment activities will be completed through the Assessment Grant.
