Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of approximately 0.14 acres of land developed with a three-story, 19,458 square foot (SF) mixed retail, commercial and residential unit building built in 1900. The building includes a 6,500 SF unfinished basement. The Subject Property is zoned D1-Downtown District and owned by Carojoto LLC. Past Subject Property uses include a publishing and
inding company, the "Majestic Theater", a billiards hall, smoke house, retail, and restaurants. The Subject Property is currently vacant and most recently used as a retail facility and barber shop and has apartments on the second and third floors.
