Additional Property Attributes

Historically, the Subject Property was developed with residences from at least the mid-1880s through the late 1880s, and was vacant until a commercial building was constructed on the western portion of the Subject Property from the early 1900s and was demolished by the early 1920s. The original configuration of the Subject Property building was constructed in 1933; however, according to assessor records, the current Subject Property building was constructed in 1946 and was depicted as an automotive sales and service facility with a gasoline station on the northwestern corner of the Subject Property. According to records provided by the City of Pendleton, a 1975 mechanical permit was issued to convert an oil furnace to gas at the Subject Property. According to the Subject Property representative, gasoline station operations ceased in approximately the 1980s and the USTs were removed in the early 1990s; however, there were no records associated with the removal of former USTs at the Subject Property.

The one-story, 4,716 square-foot site building will be renovated for use as a wine tasting room, creating 5-7 employment opportunities.
