Additional Property Attributes

Two aboveground storage tanks are present on the north side of the building. A former gas station adjacent to the east at 517 E. Lincoln was closed out with contamination above the Department's Tanks Section's Default Target Levels. A former gas station located at 503 E. Lincoln was closed in the 1980s, apparently without any regulatory involvement. ACM is present in the building. LBP is present in the building. A Phase II investigation is recommended to investigate possible petroleum contamination. Should demolition of the building occur, a professional asbestos abatement company should remove and properly dispose of the ACM in the building prior to demolition. If demolition of the building occurs, the structures that tested positive for LBP may be disposed as construction debris.
