Additional Property Attributes

The northern portion of the Property is occupied by two single-family residences and the southern portion of the Property is occupied by three townhome structures comprised of 14 residential units total and an associated parking area. Based on a review of historical documents, the Property appears to have been used for residential purposes since at least 1935. The owner interested in redeveloping the Property for affordable housing. The redevelopment plan is to demolish the existing homes to build 48 affordable units for low-income applicants who face application qualification barriers. The Phase I ESA conducted did not identify recognized environmental conditions at the property.
