Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA was conducted in March 2023. The subject property is occupied by a parking lot owned by Regional Transportation District (RTD). No structures or buildings are present on the subject property. The subject property is bordered to the northeast by residential properties, to the northwest by an alleyway and residential properties beyond, to the southwest by 29th Street and a laundry service beyond, and to the southeast by Welton Street, the RTD train line, and a media company and residential properties beyond. The parking lot is paved with asphalt, and the subject property is improved with landscaping around the edges of the parking lot.
