Additional Property Attributes

This is a former plating shop. EPA did some emergency removals back in 2008 followed by cleanup actions by Hennepin County. The new owner (bought from tax forfeiture) needs updated soil vapor sampling, some confirmation sampling, and a CCP. They're planning a 6 unit townhome with a retail corner space.
