Additional Property Attributes

The 65.5 acre site is located in the City of Palmyra. The site is composed of two parcels (007.07.25.4.01.001.010 and 007.07.36.0.00.001.000) located at the end of Warren Lane near the intersection of Thompson Street and Industrial Drive. The site has been undeveloped agricultural land that the city intends to develop for industrial use.

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was completed on May 17, 2022. No evidence of recognized environmental conditions were found in connection with the subject property.
